Liberia is a brand from Grenoble, France. This bike was built in the 70s, and hasn't been used much. Therefore, it's been a great bike for a complete renovation project. The paint is still in good condition, despite some damage and scratches on the lettering, and some patchwork has been done to cover up rusty spots. 

The bike has received proper maintenance, including making the seat post moveable and applying new lube in steering column, bottom bracket, and seat post. It has also been completely disassembled, and has received a fresh tuning (gears and brakes), new handlebar tape, and new tires.
